"ケース面接"の解説

面接官と議論を進めていく形式で行われる面接。コンサルティングファームでの選考に使われる。グループ・個人面接の双方があり、資料をもとに課題を見つけ論理的に解決する思考プロセスを見られる。

An interview conducted in a way of discussing with interviewers. Used for the selection in consulting firms. There are two types, group or individual interview, but in both ways, applicants are evaluated in their idea processes of finding problems from materials and resolving them logically.
