"ブラック企業"の解説

労働基準に反する労働を強いる企業。英語でいうsweatshopでは主に工場などのブルーカラーの仕事を指すが、日本ではホワイトカラーの仕事に当てはめられる場合が多い。

A term specific to the Japanese language, a black company refers to a firm where exploitative, unlawful practices are normal. Unlike sweatshops, most companies that are referred to as "black companies" in Japan are office jobs.
