"外資系"の解説

一定程度以上が海外の資本で経営されている企業の総称。一般的に給与が高めで、年功序列制度等の日本の慣習は持たない。日本企業に比べ、内定が早くから出る。

Typically refer to companies that hold more than a certain fixed ratio of capital in a foreign company. Salaries are usually higher than the norm. Japanese organizational culture such as the seniority wage system have limited impact on these companies.
