"年俸制"の解説

給与を年単位で決定する給与体系のこと。成果報酬型である。実際は１２分割で月ごとに支給されるが、年度初めにその年の給料が決定しているのが月給制との違い。

A meritocracy system that salary is determined in a year unit. Different from a salary system in that the salary has been determined in the beginning of the year even though paid for each month in real.
