"成果主義・能力主義"の解説

個人の成果や能力にもとづき昇進する体制のこと。日本企業ではあまり見られない。外資系企業はこれを採用しているところも多い。

A policy of advancement based on the individual merit or competence. Meritocratic organizational culture is not common in Japanese companies. On the other hand, foreign companies are commonly meritocratic.
